Description
| Application | For clean up of glycan samples after reductive amination labeling or enzymatic digestion. The cartridge is equilibrated with acetonitrile, then loaded with a maximum of 20 μg of a glycan sample. The glycans are bound while excess dye and salts are removed by washing with acetonitrile. The glycans are then eluted with water. |
